The Index Composition:
The Index comprises North American companies that derive most of their revenues from energy infrastructure/midstream operations, including companies engaged in oil and gas pipelines, storage facilities, and other activities associated with transporting, storing and gathering natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude oil or refined products.
Companies initially eligible for inclusion in the Index:
- Companies that generate at least 50% revenues from energy infrastructure
- Market cap exceeding $150 million as of the end of the prior month
- Daily average trading volume of at least $1 million and traded at least 250,000 shares per month over the last six months
